Welcome to Salesight.ai. By accessing or using the Salesight.ai platform (https://salesight.ai) and associated services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Definitions

  • "Salesight.ai," "We," "Us," "Our": Refers to the Salesight.ai platform, operated by Ante Digital.
  • "You," "User," "Client": Refers to any individual or organization accessing or using Salesight.ai.
  • "Platform": Refers to the Salesight.ai web application and all associated services.
  • "Services": Refers to AI-powered call analysis, scoring, coaching insights, and related features provided through the Platform.

2. Account Registration

  • You must create an account to use Salesight.ai
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • One person or organization may not maintain multiple free accounts

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
  • Upload content that violates any third-party rights
  • Attempt to access, interfere with, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform
  • Use the Platform to process data you do not have the right to process
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

4. Data & Content

Your Data

  • You retain ownership of all call transcripts and data you upload to Salesight.ai
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Services
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any call data

AI-Generated Content

  • Analysis results, scores, and coaching tips are generated by AI and provided as guidance
  • AI outputs should not be treated as definitive assessments of employee performance
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated analysis

5. Subscriptions & Payment

  • Salesight.ai is offered on a subscription basis with tiered pricing
  • Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us for assistance

6. Call Limits

  • Each plan includes a monthly call analysis limit
  • Calls are counted when a transcript is submitted for analysis (manually or via integration)
  • Unused calls do not roll over to the next billing period
  • If you exceed your limit, additional analyses may be paused until the next billing cycle or plan upgrade

7. Integrations

  • Salesight.ai integrates with third-party services (e.g., Fathom, Fireflies, Slack, Discord)
  • We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of third-party services
  • You are responsible for authorizing and managing your integration connections

8. Intellectual Property

  • The Salesight.ai platform, including its design, code, and AI models, is the intellectual property of Ante Digital
  • You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Platform without written permission
  • Your uploaded data remains your property at all times

9. Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared between us will be treated with care and not disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or with written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform
  • Losses arising from reliance on AI-generated analysis
  • Platform outages, errors, or third-party service failures
  • Decisions made based on Salesight.ai analysis results

Use of the Platform is at your own risk. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time through the Platform settings
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for a reasonable period to allow export, then deleted

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users via the Platform or email. Continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
